We will not share your information or sell it to any third party.  All payments will be subject to the payment company terms and conditions and privacy policies.

Cancellations

An order may be changed or cancelled prior to packing only, please contact us to cancel an item or order. No refund will be offered it order is cancelled once packed and post booked.

Returns Policy & Postage of Whorls

FOR WHORLS WHICH ARE ALL UNIQUE AND CAN NOT BE REPLICATED.

If your item arrives in poor condition or is damaged in any way, please contact us within 48 hours. We will request photographs to show the damage. A full refund will be offered. Due to each item being unique no replacement can be sent.

If you’ve bought your items online  you have the right to a cooling off period which lasts for 14 days after receipt of the goods. You must notify me of your change of mind in writing and items must be returned in original packaging to be re-sold. Your payment will be refunded within 14 days after your returned item arrives back at the store. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

MISSING WHORL PACKAGES – POSTED WITH ROYAL MAIL

Please allow plenty of time before getting in touch about a missing order as it may still be in transit. Royal Mail do not allow claims for missing post until 15 working days have elapsed. If after this time you still have not received your goods then your money will be refunded (Due to each item being unique no replacement can be sent.) Should the parcel be subsequently delivered please notify me immediately.  Please note I do not take responsibility for lost items in the post.

Do not accept any package if it appears damaged in any way, and please notify me within 7 days of delivery if you have refused the package, or if items are missing from the package.

Delivery

FOR WHORLS AND BOOKS ONLY

Items are normally sent by Royal Mail First Class post. If you have any special requests for delivery (e.g. leave with neighbour) then please add them in the order comments field and we will add a note to your parcel. If this note is not acted upon by the delivery agent, we are not responsible.  If the request creates a risk of loss or damage to the parcel it will not be added. Please note that if no one is home and the delivery agent leaves your item at your door and it goes missing, we are not responsible for the loss.

Prices

 All prices shown are inclusive of VAT at 20% and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are in pounds sterling and any currency conversion will be carried out by your card provider. All payments must be made in pounds sterling.

Disclaimer

Photographs are not always a true representation of  colour. Due to the varying nature of individual computer screens (not to mention eyesight!) We cannot be held responsible if a particular colour or shade does not match your expectations.

If you receive a product which is not how you expected you can return the item under the Sale of Goods Act.  For more detail see the returns policy above.

 

RETURN POLICY FOR ALL PRINT ON DEMAND ITEMS

 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Each product is printed to order, so unless there is a fault with the item we don’t accept returns or exchanges. You’ll need to handle all customer returns yourself if it’s due to your customer changing their mind, exchanging or any other reason other than a product fault.

What do I do if the product is faulty?

Whilst rare, it does occasionally happen. Simply contact us with a photo and description of the fault and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Product faults reported 28 days after dispatch can only be replaced and not refunded.

Missing Print on Demand Items

What if my order doesn’t arrive?

Whilst rare, parcels can go missing in the post. We cannot issue replacement orders until 10 working days after dispatch for the UK and 28 days for EU & RoW. This is because we cannot claim from Royal Mail until this time.

If an order does not arrive, please check at the local post office. Please also note that we must be notified within 60 calendar days of any orders that have not arrived. After this time we cannot replace any orders free of charge.

 

Shipping

When will my products be dispatched?

Our turnaround time is 7 working days, so your products will be dispatched within this period. In the unlikely case of an item being out of stock, we’ll contact you with an update to detail the delay and ask you how you’d like to proceed.

How are my products shipped?

Depending on size, quantity and your choice of shipping method, orders are shipped by Royal Mail 48 tracked, Royal Mail 24 tracked or DPD.

The packaging for different products is varied, but it’s all eco-friendly. The vast majority of parcels ship plastic-free, with the only exception to this being framed prints which ship wrapped in biodegradable bubble wrap to prevent the glass breaking.

Where can I find my parcel tracking information?

Your tracking code will be included in the dispatch notification sent to your email address.

When will my products be delivered?

This depends on the courier handling your parcel. UK only

  • Royal Mail 24 services: 1 to 3 days
  • Royal Mail 48 services: 2 to 5 days
  • Courier: Next working day

 

Packaging for every product type

  • T-shirts, hoodies, and sweatshirts are placed in a weatherproof, kraft paper mailing bag.​
  • Mugs and water bottles are safely tucked into our bespoke smash-proof boxes.​

  • Bamboo art prints are presented in acid-free tissue paper and dispatched in a reinforced hardback envelope.

  • Matte & Lustre art prints are rolled in acid-free tissue paper and shipped in a triangular cardboard tube (sans plastic ends).

  • Socks & other small accessories are sent in a hardback envelope.

  • Cushions get a protective kraft paper wrap.

  • Finally, our framed art prints are now packaged in an eco-friendly manner. After placing the print into the frame, we slide it into a protective sleeve made from innovative hexagonal-shaped cardboard. This eco-friendly packaging is then slipped into a sturdy cardboard box, ensuring your artwork’s safe and sustainable journey.

Will my order fit through a letterbox?

The packaging for most single t-shirt orders is compact enough to fit through a standard letterbox. Larger orders will not fit through a letterbox.
